Yes. SmartTag works with both iPhone (iOS) and Android. iPhone uses Apple's built-in Find My app, and Android uses Google's free Find Hub app. Just make sure you pick the version that matches your phone.

Do I need to pay a monthly fee? +

No. There is no subscription and no monthly cost, ever. The tracking uses Apple's and Google's existing networks, which are free to use.

How far away can it find my things? +

Up close, you can play a loud sound to find your item in the same room. When it is further away, SmartTag uses the global network to show the last place it was detected on the map, so you know where to look.

How long does the battery last? +

Up to 12 months from activation. When it runs low, you swap in a standard CR2032 coin cell in seconds, no need to replace the whole tag.

Is it waterproof? +

SmartTag is IP67 rated, so it handles dust, rain and brief water exposure up to 1 meter. The durable case with built-in magnet lets you attach it almost anywhere.
